worked well before upgrade. haven't been able to log in in months
Never works anymore. You can never use it for payments. No contact with company. It causes me no access to fix the problems on my system. You never get hrlp through it. I been ordering larts for my system for one year.

Worst app ever crashes all the time customer service is bad no knowledge they don't care to help, all they want is charge more just for looking at their own bad equipment another failure like with Direct TV, looking to move to a new provider.
Trash - back in 2016 when AT&T was investing in DL, it was worth the little inconveninces as it went through growing pains. Five (5) yrs later no more monies for R&D, and pushed all support off-shore. AT&T is pushing folks off they can close it and write it off. One of thier primary points, cellular backup ends in Feb. The 3G cellular connection for failover is being retired, when your broadband/wifi is down so is your DL. More money I can start keeping in my pocket. So not surprised app fail
Often times the app doesn't load or it delays. I should not have to walk across the house to set my alarm.
